All quotations from Code&Chill are valid for 30 days, unless stated otherwise. After this period, the content and/or price of the quotation may be adjusted.
All prices are listed in euros and exclude VAT unless indicated otherwise. Any additional costs (such as hosting, domain registration, stock photos, or extra functionalities) are listed separately or agreed upon in advance.
The quotation clearly describes which tasks are included. Changes or extra requests not listed in the quotation are considered additional work and will be invoiced separately at the agreed hourly rate.
Before the project starts, a deposit of 30% of the total amount will be invoiced. The remaining amount will be invoiced upon delivery of the website and must be paid within 14 days. Until full payment has been received, all rights to the design, code, and delivered files remain the property of Code&Chill.
Delivery times are determined in consultation and are indicative. Delays caused by late submission of texts, images, or feedback by the client may lead to a shift in the delivery date.
If the client cancels the project before delivery, the work already carried out will be invoiced based on the hourly rate or the percentage of the project already completed. The deposit is non-refundable.
Code&Chill is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or loss of profit. After delivery, the client is responsible for the correct use and maintenance of the website unless a maintenance contract has been concluded.
Belgian law applies to all quotations, agreements, and activities.
